This website is designed to help students learn about the Mayan and Aztec civilizations. It will act as a supplement to class materials in enhancing the understanding of the geography of these civilizations, learning about their longstanding and influential architecture and art, basic political structures, as well as further influences on future civilizations.
This site has been designed by Meghan Proia for Mr.Day’s 5th grade at the Jackson-Mann Elementary School in Boston, Massachusetts. I am a student at Boston University studying Elementary and Moderate Special Education in the School of Education. This site is a requirement for the course ED101, which satisfies the Massachusetts licensing requirements for instruction in Educational Technology.
